Venable LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher J.C. Waldon has joined the firm as counsel in the Commercial Litigation Practice in the San Francisco office. Mr. Waldon is a seasoned commercial litigator focused on business and commercial disputes, real estate matters,and consumer litigation.
Mr. Waldon has achieved favorable results for clients in both state and federal courts in matters involving common law fraud, violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act and Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence actions, unlawful detainer actions, and wrongful death actions. He has substantial experience handling all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial and trial practice, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, witness preparation, mediation, and appellate practice.

Mr. Waldon received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2007 and his B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Emory University in 2003.
